Word to PDF Converter
Turn .docx files — or plain text — into a clean, print-ready PDF.
Drop a Word document and the tool unpacks it in your browser, reads the paragraphs and headings, lays them out on a canvas frame and compiles the result into a downloadable PDF. Choose the page size, margins, font and spacing, then check the live page preview before you save.
1. Choose your document
.docx files are searched for text and headings. Several files are merged into one PDF, each starting on a new page.

How to convert Word to PDF
No Office installation, no online account — just your document and a PDF in seconds.
-
Add your document
Drop a .docx file, or simply paste the text straight into the box — both routes feed the same PDF engine.
-
Shape the page
Pick A4, Letter or Legal, portrait or landscape, then set the margins, font, size and line spacing.
-
Watch the preview
The text is laid out onto canvas pages so you can check pagination and headings before exporting.
-
Download the PDF
Choose selectable text (searchable, small file) or image pages, then save the PDF to your device.
Built for everyday business documents
Quotes, proposals, reports, letters and CVs — turned into a consistent, shareable format.
Consistent pagination
Every page uses identical margins and spacing, so the result looks deliberate rather than pasted together.
Searchable output
The default vector output keeps the text selectable and searchable, which matters for contracts and archives.

Nothing is transmitted anywhere. Conversion happens on your device, so client data stays with you.

Word to PDF — frequently asked questions
What converts, what does not, and what leaves your machine (nothing).
Can I convert a Word document to PDF for free?
Yes. Upload a .docx file, tune the page settings and download your PDF — free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. The .docx package is unpacked and the PDF is written inside your browser, so the document never leaves your computer.
Which Word features are supported?
Paragraphs, headings, alignment, tables (flattened to text rows), tabs, line breaks and bold/italic emphasis are converted. Images, charts, footnotes, text boxes and exact column layouts are not reproduced — the tool concentrates on text fidelity and clean pagination. For pixel-perfect layouts, export a PDF from Word itself.
Can I type text instead of uploading a file?
Yes. Paste or type into the text box; start a line with # to make it a heading and leave blank lines between paragraphs.
Why does Arabic, Chinese or Hindi text come out wrong?
The built-in PDF fonts cover Latin, Greek and Cyrillic scripts. For other writing systems switch Output to image pages, which renders the text through the canvas preview and embeds it as pictures.
